Palm Springs Italian Foor

In 1969 Papa Nicolino his wife Emilie and two son’s Michael and Mark moved to Palm Springs and opened an Italian Deli and bakery. The Bakery and deli was named Nicolino and Sons. It was an overnight success with the first to serve the valley with Italian specialty breads and delicious Italian cold cuts. The valley’s local residents along with Palm Springs celebrities, such as Frank Sinatra, Burt Lancaster, Natalie Wood, Robert Wagner, Sonny Bono, Pat Henry and the list goes on who enjoyed Papa Nicolino’s fresh bakery items and deli.
